Shipping Policies

We ship almost entirely via United Parcel Service (UPS). For orders that weigh less than two pounds, we try to ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS), as they are sometimes more economical. We reserve the right to modify shipping and /or expedite depending on location of product.

Promotions including, which denote free shipping only qualify to customers living in the Continental United States of America. International customers should Contact Us for special rates and considerations during said promotions.

Under normal operating circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-48 hours. However, due to circumstances beyond our control with vendors, there could be an exception. We promise to have your order shipped out to you as soon as possible. We ship from multiple vendors, so it is possible that your order may ship from multiple locations and may arrive on different days.

We are also more than happy to ship to an APO. We are proud of the men and women that serve our country, why shouldn't we serve them !

*Please Contact Us about international shipping. As of right now, International orders will be on a case-by-case basis, as a majority of vendors will not ship overseas.


Return Policies

Contact us
first before returning any items. Please do not forget to include your Order ID#.

Items that are in original packaging, qualify for a 14-day policy (less shipping), and are subject to a 14% return/restocking fee. (These are fees incurred at the vendor level that I have to pay for the item being returned) Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Items that are not in the original packaging, but are otherwise undamaged, qualify for the same 14-day policy, and are subject to the same 14% return/restocking fee, but refunds will only be issued in the form of store credit, as these items cannot be returned to the vendor.

We are not responsible for items that arrive damaged, so please package your items safely if they are not in the original packaging.

Items that are damaged will unfortunately not be allowed a refund, unless it can be proven and qualified with the vendor that a product is damaged due to a manufacturer's defect or fault in craftsmanship. Page has been viewed 8 times..
